1. Can I submit a paper out of the mentioned research themes and sub topics?

If it is relating to the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility you can still submit your abstract even the topic not covered by any theme or sub topics. selection of your paper will finally decide by scientific reviewing Committee of this Corporate Social Responsibility Conference.

2. How can I get an Official Letter of Invitation for attending a conference ?

  • An invitation letter is provided on request to authors or other participants.
  • An Official Letter of Invitation will be provided as a soft copy via e-mail and we will make a reasonable effort to help authors to get their visas.
  • The visa process generally takes a month and the authors should take care of their own applications. The TIIKM won’t guarantee the visa, and won’t refund the registration fee after the deadline.

3. What is the length of Oral Paper Presentation?

Each Technical Presentation is 10-15 Minutes including Discussions.

4. When should I pay?

No need any registration fee or payment for submit abstracts. You should pay on your registration after selecting your paper. Full payment is required to be made within 7 days from the date of Invoice. All payments must be received before to the conference day.

**Note: The Conference Secretariat should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the Registration Desk.
Therefore, the participant has to add US$ 5-10 for the international transaction cost. Any addition received will be reimbursed at the Registration Desk.

6. Are there any Discounts available?

Groups and delegates from affiliated universities are eligible for special discount. Also Early bird discounts are available on registration. But Only one discount is applicable per registration. Please contact one of our Corporate Social Responsibility Conference Committee member, Isanka at +94 715 589 870 or email at isanka@tiikm.com for more information.

7. When can I get the receipt for conference registration fees?

The receipt is issued at the conference registration desk.

 

8. Can I refund my registration fee?

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. If not cancellation policy would apply as mentioned below.

Registration will be cancelled prior to the 60 days from conference date eligible to refund 75% of the registration fee.

Registrations cancelled prior to the less than 60 but more than 30 days from conference date will be eligible to refunded 50% of the registration fee.

Cancellation request prior to the less than 30 days from the conference date will not eligible to any refund.

9. Can I send a substitute delegate?

Yes, should you be unable to attend, you can nominate substitute delegate at no extra charge. You must nominate him/her week prior to the Conference date.

 

10. Does the conference fees include meals ?

The conference registration fees include all materials, conference lunch, conference dinner and refreshments. Kindly request you to inform us any special dietary requirement.

 

11. Does the conference fees include accommodation and air tickets?

The conference fee does not include accommodation, transportation or air ticket. Delegates or their sponsoring bodies have to bare accommodation, transportation and air ticket cost. But we are facilitating you to find accommodation. Please visit accommodation page. Kindly request you to inform you arrival date and departure date to organizing committee.

 

12. What kind of technical equipment is provided for the presentation of papers at the conferences?

13. How can I submit my paper for conference & journal publication?

Prospective authors should submit their full Papers, for Conference & Journal publication by e-mail. The receipt of paper submission will be confirmed via e-mail within three working days. In case you have not received confirmation for the receipt of Papers, please contact us urgently.

14. Can I find instructions for paper composition?

The Template Instructions and Template can be found in the Submission Page at each conference website.

15. What is the criteria of selection of conference papers for journal publication?

The best conference papers are selected for journal publication after the conference

16. Where are the conference proceedings/journal articles indexed in ?

All accepted papers will also be published in the conference e-proceedings and Digital Library of Commons which will be Indexed by specific indexing services, such as Thomson ISI. All presenter’s abstract will be published in the abstract book.

17. What is the dress code for conference?

The dress code at all our events is business attire

18. How can I apply to Visa?

ETA is an official authorization for a Short Visit to Sri Lanka (For more info…) and is issued electronically. The ETA is introduced with the intention of providing an efficient, reliable and simplified service to those who visit Sri Lanka. ETA holders will be issued a 30 day Short Visit visa at the port of entry in Sri Lanka. The ETA will be effective from 1st of January 2012.

The ETA is issued through an on-line system. No passport copies, documents or photographs are required. There is no requirement to endorse the ETA on the passport. View sample ETA approval notice and/or referral notice.
